With Balanced Body Allegro 2 6 Reformers available 6 days per week, nearly 15 hours per day, you’ll get more practice time than any traditional studio mentorship model.

Who is this Pilates Teacher Training Membership for?

  • Students currently enrolled in an accredited or nationally recognized Pilates teacher-training program (Balanced Body, BASI, STOTT, Polestar, etc.)
  • Trainees who have completed:

    • Minimum 16 hours of Reformer education (equivalent to Balanced Body Reformer 1), OR
    • Minimum 18 hours of Trapeze Table/Tower education
  • Trainees who want consistent access to equipment to complete practice hours

  • Trainees who want freedom, flexibility, and independence in their study
  • Trainees who want an affordable alternative to traditional mentorship programs
