You may cancel a JAWS membership in person or by email.  Cancellations must be received before the 25th of each month to avoid one final billing.

To cancel by email, please send us a message to swcwac@swccd.edu.  Please include  “Cancellation” in the subject line and the following information in the content of the email:

  • First and Last Name
  • Additional names associated with account
  • E-Mail
  • Phone Number
  • Cancellation Start Date
  • Change Reason

Canceling your membership in person allows staff to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have
Take the steps below to cancel your membership in person

  • Visit the facility during operational hours
  • Inform the front desk staff that you would like to end your membership. They will provide a Membership Change Form for you to fill out
  • Provide the necessary details and return the cancellation form to a front desk staff member
  • Request a copy of the completed form as proof of cancellation
