It may be possible to freeze your JAWS membership. To do so, your membership needs to be in good standing, you must be current on your fees and the request must be received before the 25th of the month to avoid one final billing. There is a $5 charge for each month you freeze your membership.
When sending an email, please include:
- First and Last Name
- Additional names associated with account
- E-Mail&
- Phone Number
- How long you want to freeze your membership (one to six months)
- Freeze Reason
