Make yours an Active Life
Southwestern College’s Jaguar Aquatics Wellness & Sports (JAWS) is the newest and most state-of-the-art exercise facility in the entire region in San Diego County. The 75,000 square foot, three story facility features a full-size basketball gym, four exercise studios, a large cardio-weight room, dance studio and locker rooms. Two Olympic sized pools, one with deep water for diving and a third 25-meter warm water instructional pool help meet the tremendous need for pool space in South County.
At JAWS, we are looking to enrich a person’s mind, body and wellness.
Our mission is to help our students, faculty, staff and community members alike take control of their health and wellness so they may achieve lifelong fitness goals. Together we can create a powerful team to help improve and enhance lives in friendly, professionally managed environment.
